Our downsizing process is tailored to meet your unique needs and is an additional service we offer when we have the honor to represent you in the sale of your home.
We also provide Home Emptying Services, where we will manage the removal of all furnishings within a home.
Decluttering Services
We speak with you to learn about your goals and what you would like to achieve by downsizing or decluttering.
Then we create a plan and work with you, or for you, if you prefer not to do the work, in order to reach the desired outcome..
Downsizing + Home Selling
When selling your home, we conduct a walk-thru of your house for an initial assessment of your possessions then create a plan to declutter in preparing the home for sale.
Onsite Downsizing Services are a separate service fee from real estate services.
Decluttering/ Downsize Coaching
Understanding your goals and the outcome you would like to see,
We will work with you to create your decluttering (aging in place), or downsizing (decluttering to move to a new home) map and support you through weekly or bi-monthly calls.
